Romi Safety Supplies Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Romi Safety Supplies. We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you may return the item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please refer to the details of our return policy below.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@romisafety.co.za with your proof of purchase (receipt). We will review your request and provide instructions on returning the item. If eligible, please pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and send it to the address provided via email.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your card provider. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
